Not everyone likes white space, but it’s needed, otherwise a website can begin to look too busy, and visitors may then be struck with information overload; possibly meaning they leave the website.
White space can be easier on the eye for visitors, and it basically allows them to take a breath and start searching on your site for the information they’re looking for. The majority of people are comfortable using navigation menus, especially if it is organised correctly and information should be nicely distributed onto different pages.
Content will begin to stand out a bit more, and it’s likely to be more effective if there is a good amount of white space, and it can actually play a part in increasing enquiries, conversions and sales.
